عنوان فارسی محلۀ سلطان میراحمد کاشان (ساخت محله و مطالعۀ تغییر و تحولات آن)
چکیده فارسی مقاله محلۀ سلطان میراحمد بخشی از محدودۀ تاریخی کاشان است که خصوصیات منحصربه‌فردی دارد. قرارگیری در مجاورت عناصر ارزشمندی از شهر سلجوقی و وجود خانه‌های باارزش که از نمونه‌های مهم در ایران به شمار می‌آیند، ازجمله این خصوصیات است. باوجوداین، محلۀ یادشده همچون دیگر بخش‌های محدودۀ تاریخی کاشان دستخوش تغییر و تحولات ناشی از توسعۀ شهری و ساخت‌وسازهای جدید شده است؛ ساخت‌وسازهای ناشی از طرح‌های جامع و تفصیلی که بنا بر سنت شهرسازی چند دهۀ اخیر، علاقه‌ و توجهی به شناخت و درک صحیح از یک محدودۀ تاریخی شهری ندارند. ازاین‌رو با وجود برخی تلاش‌های صورت‌گرفته در جهت حفظ نسبی، محلۀ سلطان میراحمد از تغییرات حاصل از تحولات شهری دهه‌های اخیر بی‌نصیب نبوده است. حفظ یک محدودۀ شهری تاریخی به میزان قابل توجهی به شناخت آن مربوط است. بدین سبب این مقاله در پی مطالعه و معرفی خصوصیات اصلی و عناصر مهم‌تر بافت شهری محله و همچنین بررسی و مطالعۀ آسیب‌های وارد بر آن است. در این پژوهش که بیشتر بر مطالعات میدانی استوار بوده، به مطالعۀ عناصر مهم بافت و نقش آن‌ها در محدودۀ شهری مورد نظر پرداخته شده است. همچنین تلاش شده تا وضعیت فعلی بافت با آخرین وضعیت ثبت‌شدۀ اصیل که در تصویرها و عکس‌های هوایی قابل مشاهده است، مقایسه شود. این مقایسه تفاوت ساختار و الگوی شهری محله در گذشته و حال حاضر را آشکار می‌کند و همچنین اثرات ثانوی این تغییرات و دگرگونی‌ها را که موجب بروز اثراتی چون حذف و الحاق اندام‌های شهری و آشفتگی بصری شده است، به تصویر می‌کشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Sultan Mir Ahmad Quarter of Kashan: A study on the structure and changes
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The Sultan Mir Ahmad quarter is a section of historical area of Kashan which includes unique features. Among these features, one might think of being situated adjacent to valuable elements of Seljuqi city and existence of valuable and magnificent houses therein which are deemed to be notable instances of Iran. Similar to other sections of historical area of Kashan, however, this quarter has undergone certain changes as a result of urban development and new constructions; including the constructions as a result of comprehensive and detailed plans, which do not express any tendency toward properly understand and perceive the historical area of Kashan due to the tradition of urban developing in few recent decades. Despite certain attempts made for partial conservation, the Sultan Mir Ahmad quarter had been subject to changes as a result of urban development during recent decades. Conservation of a historical urban area is highly dependent upon the understanding of which. Therefore, this paper aims to study and introduce the main features and more important elements of urban context of this quarter as well as reviewing and studying damages caused thereto. This study, which is more based on empirical research, concerns understanding important elements of the context and their role in the aforementioned area. In addition, the study has tended to draw comparison between the current situation of the context and the last original registered condition which is shown through aerial photographs. This comparison reveals the urban pattern and structural difference of the quarter in past and present time. Moreover, it will portray the secondary effects caused by these changes which has resulted in urban districts expansion and contraction as well as visual disturbance.
