عنوان فارسی تبیین مؤلفه‌ها و پرسشنامۀ معانی سکونت و انتظام فضاهای زندگی (علمی ترویجی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله سکونت انسان بیانگر برقراری ارتباطی معنادار با محیط مسکن است؛ ازاین‌رو، محیط‌های مسکونی به‌لحاظ ابعاد روان‌شناختی، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند. آنچه دربارۀ سکونت انسان اهمیت دارد، این است که سکونت انسان در سطوح مختلفی روی می‌دهد، و در ارتباط با مراتبی از محیط اجتماعی پیرامون انسان معنادار است. مرور ادبیات دربارۀ معانی نشان می‌دهد که هم خصوصیات محیط مسکن و هم رویداد فعالیت‌ها در محیط زندگی انسان دارای معنی هستند، و مطابق با چهارچوب نظری، پرسش از معانی سکونت و انتظام فضای زندگی باید در چهار سطح شامل سطح سکونت منطقه‌ای، سطح سکونت همسایگی، سطح سکونت مسکن و سطح فعالیت‌‌های سکونت مسکن صورت پذیرد. پژوهش در حوزۀ معانی مسکن، مسئله‌ای اکتشافی است که نیاز به بررسی در هر دو حوزۀ سکونت و انسان دارد؛ بنابراین روش تحقیق این مقاله به‌صورت کیفی و بر پایۀ استدلال منطقی است. با ‌توجه به ماهیت «پرسشنامۀ معنای سکونت و انتظام فضاهای زندگی» و چهارچوب نظری وابسته به آن، از «مدل ابزارـ غایت» استفاده گردید، که مدل مناسبی برای دستیابی به محتوای ذهنی افراد است. مطابق با چهارچوب نظری، مقولاتی که در این پرسشنامه در نظر گرفته شد، پرسش از معانی خصوصیات انتظام فضایی محیط مسکن شامل «عناصر فضایی، فواصل فضایی و جهات فضایی» است، و در سوی دیگر پرسش از معانی فعالیت‌ها شامل عناصری همچون «نوع فعالیت، توالی زمانی و فضایی فعالیت‌‌ها و زمانمندی و فضامندی فعالیت‌‌ها»ست، که پایایی و روایی پرسش‌‌های ‌‌نیمه‌ساختاریافته «معانی سکونت و انتظام فضاهای زندگی» در آزمون‌های آزمایشی کنترل گردید. بخش دیگر از نتایج مقاله، به ارائۀ روند گردآوری، مصاحبه و تحلیل داده‎های پرسشنامه اختصاص دارد. با توجه به هدف تحقیق، داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامۀ تحقیق می‌تواند در تحلیل‌های بعدی ـ توصیف، تفسیر، تشریح و در صورت نیاز، در تحلیل آماری و ریاضی ـ به کار رود، و حتی هریک از چهار سطح از پرسشنامه نیز قابلیت کاربرد جداگانه در تحقیقات مختلف را دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Components of the Meanings of Dwelling and its Spatial Organization
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Dwelling represents a meaningful connection between man and the environment; therefore, residential areas have particular psychological importance. Human dwelling occurs at different social levels, and its meaning is disclosed in relation to the hierarchy of the surrounding social environment. A review of existing literature on meanings shows that both the features of housing and the occurrence of activities in the residential environment have meanings, and, according to the theoretical framework, the inquiry of the meanings of dwelling and its spatial organization shall include four levels: regional, neighborhood, housing, and housing activity level. Research in the field of meanings is exploratory and needs to be investigated in both the ‘dwelling’ and ‘human’ spheres. Therefore, the research method is qualitative and based on logical reasoning. Given the nature of the questionnaire regarding “meanings of dwelling and its spatial organization” and its related theoretical framework, the “means-end model” was used, which is a good model for mapping peoples’ mental content. According to the theoretical framework, the categories included in the questionnaire are meanings of the features of spatial organization in the dwelling such as spatial elements, spatial distances, and spatial directions. On the other hand, meanings of activities include questioning elements such as the type of activity, the temporal and spatial sequence of activities, and the temporality and spatiality of activities. The reliability and validity of the semi-structured questions of “meanings of dwelling and its spatial organization” were checked in the pilot tests. Another section of the paper includes the process of collecting, interviewing, and analyzing questionnaire data. Depending on the purpose of research, the data from the questionnaire can be used in subsequent analyses like descriptive, interpretive, and if needed, statistical and mathematical analyses. Also, each of the four levels of questionnaires can be applied separately in different researches.
