عنوان فارسی روش فهم حدیث در وسائل الشیعه
چکیده فارسی مقاله تفصیل وسائل الشیعه الی تحصیل مسائل الشّریعه، تألیف شیخ حرّ عاملی، دایره المعارفی از روایات فقهی شیعه است که از زمان نگارش مورد توجه فقها و حدیث‌پژوهان بوده است. مؤلف در این کتاب با گردآوری روایات هم‌مضمون، راه فهم سنت معصومان(ع) را به عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین منابع و متون دینی اسلام فراهم کرده است. شیخ حر پس از اثبات صحت صدور روایت از معصوم(ع) و حجیت آن، با بهره‌مندی از منابع مختلف حدیثی و نسخه‌های متعدد از هر منبع و اشاره به سهو راوی و کاتب حدیث، امکان شناخت حدیث را فراهم آورده است؛ همچنین با تبیین معنای واژگان و اصطلاحات دشوار و اشاره به معانی لغوی و اصطلاحی، فهم متن روایت را تسهیل کرده است. ضمن اینکه توجه به تقطیع‌های صورت گرفته در این کتاب نیز به عنوان یک پیش‌فرض در شناخت حدیث و در نتیجه فهم صحیح آن حائز اهمیت است. شیخ با دقت در قراین لفظی و غیر لفظی، زمینه را برای فرا رفتن از معنای ظاهری روایات و رسیدن به مقصود اصلی معصوم(ع) مهیا کرده است. وی با توجه به قراین غیر لفظی، مجازها و کنایه‌های موجود در کلام معصوم(ع) را آشکار کرده و به کمک قراین لفظی منفصل که همان روایات هم‌مضمون با روایت اصلی‌اند، به تبیین رابطه تخصیص، تبیین و تقیید میان احادیث اشاره کرده است، ضمن اینکه از دلالت‌های غیر ظاهری صیغه‌های امر و نهی نیز غافل نمانده و استحباب و کراهت را از معانی غیر ظاهری آن‌ها دانسته است.

عنوان انگلیسی An Approach to Understanding hadith in Wasāil al-Shia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Tafsil Wasāil al-Shiah fi Tahsil Masāil al-Shariah by Sheikh Hor al-Amili is an Encyclopedia of the Shia jurisprudential narrations which since its composition has attracted the attention of the jurists and researchers of hadith. The author in this book by compiling those hadiths with the same content argues that understanding the tradition of the Immaculate, peace be upon them, is one of the most essential religious sources and texts. Sheikh Hor al-Amili by establishing the authenticity of the narrations of the Immaculate, peace be upon them, and their reliability, and employing different sources of hadith and consulting several manuscripts of each source, and also referring to the negligence of the transmitters and scribes of hadith, has made the understanding of hadith possible. Moreover, the author by explaining the meaning of the difficult words and terms and referring to the verbal and technical meaning has made the understanding of the narrations more convenient. He also considers the divisions made in the book a prerequisite for understanding hadith and in consequence its better appreciation. Sheikh by looking carefully into the verbal and nonverbal contexts has prepared the way for going beyond the apparent meaning of the narrations to reach the main intention of the immaculate, peace be upon him. By considering the nonverbal contexts, he reveals the metaphors and ironies in the speech of the immaculate, peace be upon him, and by concentrating on the disjunctive verbal contexts or the narrations with the same content of the main narrations, he explains the relations of restriction, explanation and modification among hadiths. Besides, he has not overlooked the implied indications of the imperative and prohibitive forms and has understood whether they are recommended or not from their implied meaning.
