عنوان فارسی اثر القاء تنش شوری با کلرید سدیم بر صفات جوانه‌زنی دو گونهAgropyron trichophorum (Link) K. Richter و Agropyron pectiniforme Römer et J.A. Schultes
چکیده فارسی مقاله تنش شوری یکی از عوامل مهم قابل بررسی است که در مناطق بسیاری از جهان رشد گیاهان را کاهش می‌دهد. گونه‌هایAgropyron trichophorum و Agropyron pectiniforme گراس‌های چند‌ساله هستند که منبع تولید علوفۀ قابل دسترس چرا در مراتع و چراگاه‌های ایران می‌باشند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین آثار تنش شوری با NaCl روی صفات جوانه‌زنی trichophorum.A. و A. pectiniforme بود. طرح آزمایشی فاکتوریل (دو فاکتور تیمارهای گونه و سطوح شوری صفر، 50، 150 و 250 میلی‌مول کلرید سدیم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار و 50 عدد بذر در هر تکرار بود. داده‌ها به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار MSTAT-C آنالیز آماری شدند. اختلاف بین میانگین‌ها با آزمون دانکن (05/0P<) مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش شوری سبب کاهش معنی‌داری در شاخص بنیۀ بذر، درصد جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه و طول ساقه‌چۀ گونه‌های trichophorum .A. و A. pectiniforme شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین‌ها نشان داد که گونۀ trichophorum.A بالاترین درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی و شاخص بنیۀ بذر، طول ریشه‌چه و طول ساقه‌چه در ترازهای مختلف شوری داشتند. در کل تیمارهای شوری بالاتر از 50 میلی‌مول NaCl اثر منفی روی صفات جوانه‌زنی بذر گونه‌های trichophorum .A. و A. pectiniforme داشتند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Salinity stress is considered as one of the major factors that reduce plant growth in many regions in the world. Agropyron pectiniforme and Agropyron trichophorum species are perennial grasses species that product valuable forage and grazing material in pasture and rangelands of Iran. The aim of this study was determining effect of salinity stress with NaCl on seed germination traits of Ag. pectiniforme and Ag. trichophorum species. The experimental design was a two factorial (species treatments and salinity levels or salt stress 0, 50, 150, 250 mM NaCl) arranged in a completely randomized design with three replicates and 50 seeds per replicate. The data were statistically analysed by the MSTAT-C, computer program. The difference between the means was compared using Duncan test (P< 0.05). Results showed that increasing the salinity caused significant decreases in the seed vigor index, germination percentage, root length and shoot length of Ag. pectiniforme and Ag. trichophorum species. Results of mean comparison showed that the highest values of germination percentage, rate germination, seed vigor index, shoot length, root length in different salinity levels were related to Ag. trichophorum. In general salinity treatments with higher 50 mM NaCl had negative effect on germination traits of Ag. pectiniforme and Ag. trichophorum species.
